It's alright
The basegame is great, but the DLC feels pretty skippable. If you've been doing the base game sidequests, you don't really learn anything new story-wise. There's a few new enemies (3 to be precise) that are pretty interesting to fight, but they don't appear outside of the new areas. The boss at the end of it was pretty unique and nearly wiped the floor with me (In a good way though, it was a fun challenge). Some of the new weapons are really cool (Lightning Chain my beloved!) My biggest issue with this DLC was the level design of the new area - You run around the abandoned hospital that feels very samey which made it confusing to navigate. I missed a key at some point and spent the next half an hour running in circles and trying to get back to one room. All in all it's not bad by any means, merely 'okay'.
