A great deck builder game
It's a wonderful deckbuilder game placed on the SteamWorld universe, it's cute and fun to play with lots of options for your deck, the story is also very fun with lots of references and a light hearted tone.

Fun and Challenging!
I normally don't care for turn-based games but I do love the SteamWorld Universe so I had to get it. It reminds me of the Costume Quest games mixed with SteamWorld. It's creative, fun and has some good humor as well. Nice game mechanics and card variation. Great stuff.

For Kids ok
nice systems, but the tone of the game is on target for kids. gameplay is ok, when you like card games combind with FF combat mode

A fun adventure
This isn't as good as SteamWorld Heist, sure. It is good enough, however, for me to sink 32 hours into. I enjoyed the game from start to finish. My biggest complaint, I think, is that I didn't find a lot of need or desire to swap out the primary characters. I didn't swap out a lot of abilities, but that was alright. The fights were somewhat challenging, and I enjoyed the story arc. The humor was cheesy, and the characters were fun. Overall, I highly recommend it.
