Just Like You Remembered
Nostalgic, quick to complete and still holds up due to good racing physics and boost mechanics. The improved framerate makes it leagues better than the N64 or Dreamcast versions. I hope some updates come out to restore the free camera funtionality in the bar, junkyard and shop. Also alot of textures and sounds pop in and out. Its definitely not perfect, but its a great racer with a lot of character you can finish in a few hours. HD texture mods and shaders make this game look amazing. I Highly recommend those!

Holds up
I remember playing this game on the N64. It seemed amazing back then. It doesn't feel amazing in modern times, but it is still fun to play. The controls are surprisingly good. I played all the way through with a controller. No issues at all. If you like Star Wars and racing games, you will probably like this game.

Blast from the past
Played the hell out of this when I was younger. 1-3 get raked over the coals a lot (some criticism is on point, some isn't imo) but it did give us more of the Star Wars world and that'll be always something I'll enjoy. This is actually a very well designed racing game; solid progression elements, almost has an RPG feel to it with the rather comprehensive customization, and each of the pods handle very differently.

support the devopers... Your origional ftp/mirv download from 1999 with a now-a-days 3dfx overlay will play 90% better. Good Stuff!
