In general the game does not contain scary, gory or foul language however as a player you do handle alchohol and narcotics. You dont consume it but you can bring it onboard and smuggle it.
Player can also die on higher difficulties, usually due to lack of oxygen, heat and/or cold but the vision just fades to black when this occurs.

This is one of those games that has no business being this good.
Lots of style, lots of substance, and a little bit of harmless jank.
It's worth every penny.
This is exactly what i was looking for, it has such an interesting vibe to it, controls are great, responsive and fluid, as is the overall feeling of physics. The conversations in radios are voiced well, and quite funny and interesting, mixed with inhouse radio with , it is really immersive. The graphics are lovely, nothing too fancy but the atmospehre is great, lightning, illumination, ambient and all that, really good. For now its not repetitive as much, you can use skill points to unlock new jobs, so it keeps it fresh, the world is well build, it feels believable and i really am a star trucker now :) also i think the team is really small (two ppl, but not sure) and thats just crazy, the level of care and detail is high and it shows and feels :) i can only recommend this gem. No enemies, just time and carefull driving (with interesting cockpit options, shops , fuel management, need to go out to repair your truck etc. ) give it a go and enjoy :)
This game is likely not for everyone, but as someone who has ~500 hours in ATS/ETS2, and likely 200+ hours in Star Citizen, this was the exact game I was looking for. I am a big fan of simulator games, especially those that I can play while listening to podcasts, and this game checks all the right boxes! And as others have mentioned, the soundtrack is great as well. Highly recommend to anyone who is a fan of the above games!
Desperately need more keyboard configuration options. EG: to match truck controls with spacewalk controls, etc. Can I honk the horn too? The options seem very sparse.
Would be nice to have a click-activated mouse directional control during flight. Constant keyboard adjustments are uncomfortable & stressful. Similarly, an option to click-lock-view within cockpit to synch truck & view directions to ease the flight experience.
Desperately need better view distance options with more optimisation; EG: with lowered resolution & max view distance, there's still noticeable frame drops on rtx3060, & I can only see (fairly close) waypoints by moving my view to the edge of the screen so the text for that waypoint shows up.
More waypoint markers & text would help navigation within a system; EG: entry to express ways so I don't have to fly to it before I realize it's not where I want to go.
Auto-pack shop supplies from airlock would be amazing since it takes so long to pick & pack each item one by one, it's a real drag.
Collision avoidance system would be amazing since I can still hit anything when it looks like I'm well clear of it from the cockpit view.
Music is awesome.
It's a pretty game.
I really hope the game gets some more TLC from devs to really make it shine in it's genre. Until then, I can only recommend to hardened truckies & flight simmers who can handle multiple & odd controls & dynamics.
I'm not a professional trucker so this doen't seem to be the game for me. If I had some attitued thrusters that applied the truck and trailer, it would make all the difference.
