The inclusion of a tool for modding is great.
Definitely do get the Bloodlines DLC as well! What I said goes for the game with that.
There is nothing to do in this game. Every turn you get few new new events on which you can only click ok button. Then you sometimes can do few actions that do not make a difference. The control over game is basically non existing.
