Great Campaign
The Troll campaign is great. If you liked Spellforce 3 and Soul Harvest get it. The focus is on the story and the rpg aspects, the rts gameplay is secondary in the campaign. I think it was the right decision, as the strongest parts of the Spellforce 3 games are the great presentation and story. And the story and the trolls are excellent.

Fantastic conclusion to the SF3 saga
After a rocky launch of the base SF3 game, FG concludes this epic saga with the best entry to date. FG tells a fantastic story with refinded RTS and RPG mechanics that really goes to show how far this franchise has come. Can't wait to see the Reforged Client and replay the entire saga with FG's mechanics.

A strong finish
More of what you can expect from SP3 but they really went the extra steps with the story in this one, the most memorable of the 3 parts.

Great addition to the Spellforce Saga
In the beginning I thought I would not like to play as trolls. You know... they are said to be dumb. Sluggish. Well, as the big Spellforce fan that I am, I bought it anyway... and I did not regret my decision for a moment! My reservations are pretty much what the story is all about. Trolls are not like that. And the trolls are out on a journey to prove it. An immersive story, stunning voice acting and beautiful graphics made me really enjoy this DLC and bond with the characters. Due to the possible different endings I'm quite sure I'll be having a second playthrough some time in the future. I also did not encouter any bugs, contrary to the original base game when it originally came out.

A Simple Review
Technically, the game runs well and I've encountered no bug. The story is interesting, especially the last half. The Trolls were softer than I expected, though, and I believe you could replace them with some tribal humans and the story could go unchanged for the most part. The RPG part was enjoyable but I'm really bad at RTS and don't enjoy them very much, so those parts were painful. I would have preferred the game without it, but I hear others love it.
