Soul-Stunning
When I first purchased this game years ago, it was bundled with another game and was..... well, overshadowed. When I got around to playing it, I was blown away by the graphics (at the time) and the interesting gameplay as well as storyline. I've since then lost the game, but I'm certainly picking this back up from GOG.

What a classic Gem!
played this game back in the day, forgot the name then a friend mentioned the name, hopped on here! sure as rain this is it! Cant wait till payday to buy this game! its a diablo style game with more menu options and strategic fighting cheesy voice acting, but the game is atmospheric plus.. there is a spell that lets you give the middle finger to your enemy and they flip you off while t hey lose health! i never beat it but this game holds a place in my heart! will pick this up on Payday cant wait to play again!

Old ugly wonderful!
THIS is the game that started my real adventures on the computer. The controls are a tad difficult and now in 2014 the game is pretty ugly but the story is one I will always remember. I will be honest say I have only played so far in so I can't "remember" the whole story. Oops! Well now here's my chance to finally finish. This is my favorite game. Something about the characters, atmosphere and locations and magic that keep me wanting to find this game and download it. Now, your journey can begin too. :)

Enjoyed This Game!!!
The graphics aren't great (...and they weren't good even umpteen years ago when I played it) but there was something unique and atmospheric about the game. It's system of creating combos of attacks and buffs at one touch of a key was great fun, different, easier and cool. I really liked the interdimensional HQ you get too (with a magical butler-type included). Worth playing through once if you can get past the graphics. It was dark, challenging and interesting!

Good concept, poor exucution
This game is an interesting one, it has a lot of good stuff going for it. Setting, music, voice work and the base gameplay are all good. The major problem is just how punishing the game is, I've personally found that you'll either crush your enemies or get absolute destroyed by them. Stong recommendation, focus on the combat stat until you can use all the attacks for your current weapon, you'll be much stronger that way. This game also expects you to do lots of dark dungeon crawling and basically doesn't give you a light, sure you can use the firefly spell but damn is it bad, I just fumble around until I find what I need. The last straw was wandering around in the dark just to find an enemy that 4 shot me and took about 20 hits to kill. The story is also very light by the point I'm up to and I'm just not interested in pulling hairs just to get a couple of steps in front.
