A disaster
I love the Sim City saga, but this particular title is pretty bad. Maps are incredibly small, so don't expect to run a big/complex city. A waste of money.

SC4 isn't SC# Upgraded SMH
I had heard things all these years but never actually played this before. It really is a different game. You can starkly tell the direction of the social political narrative go from Simish Sci-fi to IRL High left of center (US) the game suffers for it. The constant nagging and malarkey causes the city to fail out of hand. I know these are IRL issues like water pipes clogging but it really detracts from the fantasy immersion. I wish I could find an alternative that understands the right amount of bubble gum makes a game fun. like the difference between Mortal Combat and Super Smash.

Not an Indie Title!
Oh yea this was the best in the sim city series after computers started getting more powerful. Top it off its a game that GOG was built on and not all this indie stuff cluttering up the old games list!

Simply put the best city building game ever made. Unfortunately only the retail version has all the languages (Finnish for example).
