Disappointed :(
I was expecting the Windows version, but alas, it is a DOS version running in DOSBox :( 3 Stars cause it's playable, would have been 5 it it was a proper Windows version

So Good
This is still my favorite version of SimCity. My friends and I played it non-stop back in the day and I'm surprised at how well it holds up.
