Looks very tempting. I've not played it, obviously (hence average rating), but nvali's review leaves me wondering whether s/he has an up-to-date version? Looking at the developer's web site it sounds like pathfinding improvements have been a big focus over the past month, and in the GOG forum there's a post which mentions that keys can be remapped by editing the config file at C:UsersyournameAppDataRoamingSignal Opsconfig.yml. Clearly there are still bugs (a perusal of the forum threads indicates the developers are working on issues as fast as they can), but it might not be as severe as it sounded?
