Unplayable
I'm unable to play,the game wont launch because of a direct x error that i'm unable to fix. everything is up to date. im on windows 10. And I can launch games like Red dead 2 and things like that...

Do not be fooled by positive reviews
I'll never trust the reviews to decide if I should buy a game or not. It's your typical "pirateering" game with ship navigation, simple ship battles and port to port trading, without any significant differences other than a very simple very bland trading system, static isometric combat camera angle and supposed auto aim which may at times miss horribly even when enemy ship is right up your you know what. Controls are absolutely horrible, at least for keyboard and mouse. Courting the daughters mini game is a gimmick, fencing is either too hard or too easy there is no progression. I don't have much to say other than I totally regret buying this. There are freeware games that does "pirate game" better than this.

Not even close to good game, sadly
Totall dissapointment in two words. Feels creepy when on water, steering is lame. My little boat with no cannons and crew can challenge all ships - just get close to biggest You can find and win on swords with captain (one scheme, boring and easy as sleeping). Trade is phatetic. Story for kids will be just sad scenario, which at some point You MUST click-by to get going... Girls are schematic tits on sight. Phatetic. All of it smells cheep and is really annoying. Really - game gives notning challenging for skill or brain. Piracy is taking money for that game from ppl.

"watch your ship sail" game
Almost as good as watching paint dry. Be prepared to sit and stare at your ship sailing for most of the game.

One of the worst games I've ever seen
I bought this game out of curiosity, after reading many positive reviews and I don't understand the fascination with this game. You are thrown into the Caribbean without any information on how to play or what it is all about. You move aimlessly across the map. You are visiting cities that look like they were created with a ctrl + c and ctrl + v. You play stupid, repetitive mini-games aaaand that's it.... I uninstalled the game after 20 irretrievably lost minutes. One of the top 3 worst games I've ever seen.
