Memory Allocation Failure
The game is great, actually I prefer this version before newer ones by far. But... it crashes all the time due to MAF, spoiling the game experience.

Doesn't install
Right now, the game refuses to install from GOG.com servers. Other GOG games will install on my machine, so I think there's something wrong with GOG's server for Civilization IV. I've filed a support ticket.
