Smash TV: Tactics
I love a good turn-based squad tactics game, so when this came up on my rader, I was immediately intrigued. So far, it's been a blast, really leaning into the Reality TV angle in interesting and creative ways. If you've played the Firaxis X-Coms, you generally know what to expect from the tactical gameplay, but the game breaks up largers levels into a series of skirmishes, intercut with exploration and action puzzles. It's got sidequests and optional objectives and skill trees. You'll love it.
