Not great!

Sherlock Holmes: The Silver Earring is a point-and-click adventure game set in the world of Arthur Conan Doyle's detective, Sherlock Holmes and his sidekick, Dr Watson. I got through the game, but it was a pretty frustrating experience! Finding the clues was an annoying hunt-the-pixel exercise, and the puzzles were often not logical and i had to refer to a walkthough. The graphics are dated, the controls are awkward, and movement is very slow. This is probably not the Sherlock Holmes game you're looking for!

Doesn't run on my W10 installation

Apparently it doesn't support widescreen and stuff, and that is fine, but it didn't work even in compatibility mode, so w/e

Need a Walkthrough

So far I have talked to everyone, picked up everything I could, searched everywhere I can, and it still keeps saying that I'm not done examining everything. I don't know what else to do. I accidently switched to Watson and finished everything I could with him. It switched back to Holmes after Watson said he was done. I'm going to look for a walkthrough now so I can finish the game. The game runs smoothly and has an interesting story. I just can't figure out what I'm missing in order to finish the game.
