alpha version of Demon'winter
This game shoudn't have been sold by his own. It should have been included with Demon's winter. Why? It's just a demo of Demon's winter: less class (only 2), less race, less monsters, less colors and the land to explore is extra small. The basics of Demon's winter are here but at an embryonic stade. Play Demon's winter instead unless you want an oversimplified and quick version.

DOS versions inferior
Truly unfortunate that the dos conversions are here. From the inevitable timing issues that dosbox cannot resolve, to the unfortunate visuals, these are simply inferior versions of the early SSI games.

A Nostalgic Blast
I played this game for HOURS at school after I installed in our typing class. Shard of Spring really captured the D&D feel back in the day. I could see the kids of Stranger things playing these!
