Excellent Point and Click Horror.
An excellent point and click classic, up there with the best of the genre. Brilliant story and atmosphere with no "moon logic" or unfair soft locks.

Recommended Horror Classic
This is a dated game but the presentation feels original. The puzzles are smart and the weirdness keeps you engaged with the flow and storyline. Probably majority of internet culture won't like some of it's content, but behind all that, lies a great game of it's era. Would be great to consider for a remaster or remake!

Pretty good story, except some puzzles
Sanitarium is an amazing and chilling story and worth a playthrough. My only gripe is the water puzzle in chapter three and the chalkboard puzzle. Those two are just bad and is the reason this is a 4 star and not a 5 star game. The main actor is not superb and some of the script for the inmates is over the top, but it is really creepy and fun!
