One of the best 3D arcade from 90´
In short way - great visuals, interesting story, excelent gameplay and many hours with pure fun. I loved this game in my childhood and I still love it in the present. Don´t waste your time and buy it!

EPIC!
This is a game you just have to buy. If you don't have the SEGA DreamCast or the N64, then this game is for you, due to their almost identical looks and designs. :D

Still holds up today!
I remember back when I was a kid my parents got me this in a special 2 for 1 deal with zelda oracle of seasons for the gameboy. I was really excited not for any real reason though because I had never played a rayman game before. Anyway this game was amazing back when I was a kid and it is still a brilliant game now. It's one of the best 3D platformers you can buy on the PC. Funny characters, memorable levels and some really well done gameplay. This game is a must play if you enjoy platformers or even just want a great game for a cheap price. You will not be disappointed. I played this on Windows 7 32 bit and I haven't encountered any problems at all.

Just the Best!
I got this some time ago( 5-7 years?) years ago from Aldi until the disk got corrupted 2 years later for some reason. After some time without it, I started looking on the web for a copy ( yes naughty me) I found a form post I found a link to GOG. That made my day! I LOVED this back then, even though it took me ages to finish ( The Precipice most noticeably) every moment was magical and beautiful and the music just fitted! Even my dad still says"help!" in that tiny voice like on the prison ship! So now I find it here and while I have not bought it yet, I will next week! With the soundtrack to boot!!!!! I just hope it works on Windows 8 Consumer Preview 64 bit. Oh and one other thing: If you have played this first, DON'T bother with Rayman Revolution, it's nothing compared to this! THANK YOU GOG!!!

Possibly the greatest game ever created
This was Michel Ancel's game, and you can clearly see his beautiful vision all the way through. Everything fits together so perfectly, be it the simple but appropriate story line, the memorable music, the funny characters and of course the continually innovative and original gameplay that is paced perfectly. In so many respects, this is a beautiful game.
