My two cents
Adding tasks gradually makes it more motivating/challenging. I just ignored the long list in RE 1. Multi track bridges helps. I also enjoy having warehouses in the city. However, they should house more goods as the city grows going from 8 to 12 ressources. Waypoints can be a pain at times. I preferred the RE 1 method to select routes.

Launching issues
Game does not launch when installed locally (Win11), only with Galaxy launcher. This is no critique of the game as such, but of the application sold here.

I like trains, but not logistics
Sometimes when trying to make neat pretty rails, the game says no. we gonna make this itty bitty red spot and you gotta go around, one foot to the right and connect to the other rail 10 ft past the point you want to. Other than that, im havin fun. Lines are much simpler than the other train games ive played. Most the logistics are automatic if you choose. Good for someone who just wants to play with trains and connect things. Its a little bit of a pain if you mess up though. I recommend a few trial runs before commiting to a game. Watching AI helped me as I know jack squat about trains and rails
