Even less punk than Green Day
Not a good game. Lagging, slow, boring. The setting is fun, but the graphics are absolutely unsepactacular - which would be fine if the gameplay had anything original or at least some solid fun. But what you get is a completely exchangeable textbood 4X game, thats slow, full of trial-and-error and with little deepness. Avoid!

Dull
I played 4 and a half hour of this and that was enough. Fortunately I got it on sale. It's a shame, because I think they could have done so much more with the setting. The gameplay is very tedious. Two examples: 1. One unit per tile seems a terrible mechanic in combination with the map design. So you will end up shuffling units around in order to advance. 2. Unless you "sleep" units then you have to click through all active units to end your turn. As a result, you feel that your activity in each turn is very minor and most of the time you are clicking through units or waiting for the AI. Each faction has a technology tree but its hard to be excited about the majority of the perks in them; they're just boring things on the way to something useful.

Mac version busted.
Intel i9, AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB. 32GB RAM. Running Sequoia. Game launches fine. But, if I go into the video settings to change anything, even lower graphics and resolution, once I click apply the game stops responding and gives me the beachball of death. If I click on Tutorial to play, I get the beachball of death and the game never launches. In both cases, I have to force quit from Activity Monitor. Don't waste your money like I did.
