It needed more
Act 1 the game felt okay but I honestly wasn't having as much fun as I did in Project Warlock 1. Then Act 2 (I guess I'm a sucker for magic westerns) and it's weapons really clicked for me and then in Act 3 the weapons were really fun but I was not a fan of the sudden shift to space and the environments in those levels. I think I'd have like the game more if the story didn't feel like a prologue for each of the three characters but I guess their going to save their final confrontations for a Project Warlock 3. Also, flat out the music in Project Warlock 1 was amazing I could listen to Gatherum any time. The music for the sequel just wasn't quite as memorable not bad but not great. There were a couple tracks in Act 2 that were nice but thats about it. They've got the guns down, Act 1 and 2's levels were fine to good for me, but 3 I wish had more to them or at least different theme to better hook me.
