... the absence of rebindable keys really put down the work the devs have put in for five years.
If you don't use a qwerty layout, prepare to be annoyed at playing this with your left on the left side of the keyboard.
Also, from what I've seen there are a couple of strange design decision for where certain infos are... could have done better in the regard of the interface to make learning and playing the game more enjoyable.
I don't speak english natively so I appologise in advance for any errors.
The game was quite fun for me as I like such strategies very much, whole expirance though was ruined by problems with DRM as I didn't want to gave any useful data to Paradox (that they still exist) and I couldn't gave anything but one star for scummy game industry practices.
You gave the game for „free” only if we agree to be bombarded by your email spam, you lie about DRM, you lie about CP2077 and you officialy got into the club along with EA, Bethesda and others.
Guess I was correct to not to pay them ever with my paypal or bank account insead I used paysafe card. Guess I was correct to create an account only with protonmail email and scramble other personal data that they could sell.
You're now in my SPAM folder on protonmail and I've also reported your email address and even if some spam does comes trough: 1.this email was made only for GOG 2. I won't buy anything from you anyways 3. I don't care if you call us gamers theives and pirates, you are thieves, liars and scammers yourselves like whole AAA industry so don't blame others and shift your bussines model to Chinas Comunism completely because you lost whole credibility among people that bought games in your store.
I redeemed it through giveaway and thought it may be problematic but didn't even begin to imagine. The game/tutorial starts with building an execution facility. For f* sake. One thing is a prison architect, another is doing this. Civilised countries don't murder people. Yes, US, I'm looking at you. And I don't think that the authors wanted to teach anybody a moral lesson. I just think they wanted us to enjoy ourselves. Look at the amount of dlc. If they wanted to teach you about problematic morality of the current penal systems, they would start soft and then make you understand once you think you built something "good". But no, they start with this and they even give a backstory for the prisoner to be executed so that you feel good about sending him there and tell you it's not your choice anyway because he has been found guilty. But you do it. Well, if you want to feel sick, your choice. I was trying to play it for as long as I could but that was it. About 5 minutes in and I feel like it was already too late.
