One of the best games of all time.
I really can't think of anything bad to say about this game. It was a magical experience from start to finish. The best things about it are its heart and its platforming, both of which are awesome. It is one of the few games ever with truly unique, memorable and interesting characters, the story is great, and it has a great atmosphere. The platforming is perfect, part reaction, part puzzle solving. And the ability to rewind time removes any of the frustration that other platformers can suffer from. The only possible complaint is that the combat isn't amazing. But its good enough, and that misses the point anyway. This isn't a combat game, the combat is just there to break up the platforming a little. Everyone should play this game. I can't imagine anyone not loving it.

Brilliance
This is a brilliant game in every respect. It's worthy of a top spot in a top ten list of best games of all time any day of the week. Do yourself a favour. Buy a gamepad, play this at high resolution on your pc, and enjoy the amazing hybrid HD experience.

Superior
This game is without a doubt superior to both the abysmal Prince of Persia 3D and the recent, and somewhat, overrated Prince of Persia (PS3, 360, PC) Gameplay is thrilling, combat is satisfying, if not a bit samey, and the music is great as well. A must-buy if you haven't yet tried it.

Awesome game!
I originally had this game on PS2, but the controls were hard to grasp, so I had never had any experience with the PC version. (I had heard that the PC version was superior anyway.) Onto things you guys actually care about, the story of the game is pretty good from what I can remember, with a lot of twists and turns. The swordfighting is probably the best that Ive seen for a long time in a game, the graphics are also very memorable. The whole going back in time thing was very innovative, this being the first game using it and other games started to copy it after this was released. All in all, Prince of Persia Sands of Time is a great game, and Im absolutely delighted to have it in all its DRM-Free glory at GoG.com!
