Slow as snail's crawl
The problem with this game is the same as with original settlers, and some of the other games of the era - there is no time control, everything is at a snail's pace, and you basically stuck waiting 'till something actually happens. By the time anything actually happens - you would most certainly grow a beard and have a white hair.
