Cool game but bugs now
Hello I used to play to this game. I deleted this game few months ago and when I wanted to play again, this week, there was a bug (launch... and I cannot choose "New game" "Load game", etc. Because I don't see anything on the screen except some stars but I cannot click on anything.

It's good
Starting a new game world is a risk. You might end up with players just not being emotionally invested or interested in it. POE brings back the glory days of Infinity Engine RPGs and then refines the formula further. And then The White March happened, pushing the writing even further. The choice you were given in Ondra's temple. It's something that stays with you. What you had to do. Won't spoil it - see for yourself.

Took some time to get into
I took me 2 tries and several years between them to get into and to like the game. But I am rating 4 and not 5 because of over-the-top achievements. They are called achievements because you should be able to achieve them, did you know that? It should not matter when you bough the game, and you should not spend 1000 hours trying to beat the hardest of them constantly saving and reloading.

This ain't it chief
Look. There is plenty to say about this game, but in reality if you are looking into CRPGs to play this is one of the weakest modern options. The lore is complex in the worst way possible. Overwhelming pointless details kind of way. The combat is real time with pause. It was not good back in the day and Pillars is copying that for the modern CRPGs. This type of a game should simply not have RTWP combat. Period. It's not a one star simply because there is still a lot of work put into every element of the game. I just wish that it would have been built differently from the ground up, but that is asking for a completely different game at that point.

Ugh! This comes out now???
If I had known the definitive edition was coming, I wouldn't have bought the regular edition a couple of months ago. Oh well. This is an amazing game, well worth the asking price.
