A Cute Simple Adventure

- Player character animations are pretty smooth - Taking damage can be punishing for a new minutes - Simple very short ranged melee combat with normal and charge attack - Platforming puzzles are "medium" difficulty - Has combat difficulty settings - Uses X instead of A on xbox controller for confirm. Not sure if this can be configured but I didn't find where. - The game is a bit larger than it looks like in the screenshots.

A fun game to explore

One of my favorite games. It feels like a side scrolling zelda game with its progression. There always seems to be a goodie to find in every nook and crannie which make exploring rewarding. The artwork and the music is absolutly beautiful. It is one of the few games where I purchased the sound track and listen while doing something else. Some reviews mention that the main story gets side tracked for side quests, which I admit is true, but I enjoy exploring so much that I didn't care. I highly recommed the game.

Great game

There's a lot to love here, the cast is charming and talking around town for clues or fun is fun. There's a good balance of exploration, hunting for collectables, and puzzling. Combat is tough enough to keep things interesting and gives a good number of options as you get more items and abilities. Mechanically it's got some Zelda 2 in the split perspectives. topdown overworld and sidescrolling towns, dungeons, and fights. Cute art/animations and a very good soundtrack.

Controller game

You can redefine keys, but it difficult and buggy: the game was not made to be played with a mouse. If you don't like console controllers, the game is unpleasant
