The game is ruined by Unity
I won't buy the next Owlcat game if they use Unity again. Performance gets worse the more you play. 40 fps in Chapter 4 and it's getting worse. Seriously, they should get rid of this game engine. My PC: CPU: 3700x/GPU: 2060S/16gb ram/OS installed on a SSD and game on a NVMe

A team that don't care: Owlcat
Kingmaker was pretty cool even if full of flaws, especially for kingdom management and being full of bugs. Well, this one is exactly the same. They didn't improve anything. As fpr the choice-consequence system, it's still not deep enough to make us feel playing a tabletop RPG. But it's common to almost all video games. And get it through other means than buying it officially if you want to avoid the spyware.

Dogshit
The game has two difficulties , impossible and so easy the game can play itself while you watch , Story and characters are great but the gameplay really make this unplayable. I can see how autistic people love this game, spend several hours fine tuning your party for every trashmob in the game. a real shame
