I really enjoyed PG1 a lot more. The graphics and interface in PG2 are really unappealing when compared to the crisp (albeit ordinary) graphics in PG1. If only the gameplay from PG2 could be combined with a PG1 (or better) look and feel. The much smaller map scale is a step backward, too.

I love the game (still easily the best turn-based strategy game) and still own the original CD, but was hoping that GOG's version would actually run on Win7 as indicated...alas, nope.
C'mon guys...
One of the best games of my childhood. I was so happy to get it from GOG. Unfortunately they did not include support for multiple moniters, specifically the mouse is not locked to one screen even in fullscreen, meaning I can't scroll without having to turn off my other monitor.
