It's obvious from the get go that Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted Seas feels no shame about borrowing heavily from classics like The Wind Waker and A Link to the Past. However, despite being very clone-like in nature and lacking in originality, this game still manages to be quite good. Sure, it doesn't live up to Link's name, but it's polished, interesting and enjoyable enough to be worth a gander.

Oceanhorn is unashamedly a Legend of Zelda clone, but feels more like an homage than a copycat. There are few original ideas, but old-school adventure game fans should love Oceanhorn's bite-sized interpretation of Zelda's classic formula.

Landstalker ++

If any of you out there experienced what it was like when Landstalker was released on the Sega Genesis, and you were around 25 years old at the time, you are probably rolling over and then getting entangled in your sheets at the mere mention of the 3D-isometric presentation that took you from The Sword of Vermillion to a whole new plane of existence. I think this is the first review I've written for any GOG game, so I will just keep it short. If you loved Landstalker on the Sega Genesis, you will love this. My humble opinion.

Good Zelda Clone

Its a good Zelda clone and worth its price in my opinion. While it can't quite reach the same quality Nintendos Series is known for, Oceanhorn is enjoyable and well ported to the PC Platform. The difficulty is low and gameplay realtively simple. A game suited for kids and adults.
