Fun game, but sad GOG release :(
We waited 11 days for a game that launched in an unfinished state only to receive a build that was STILL out of date with the Steam version... They gave Steam 7 hotfix patches and one point release (1.1) in that time period and threw us an old crusty bone thinking we'd be happy... no. It's clear this developers focus is in one place and it's not GOG, unfortunately. Refunded.

Amazing game. Do not buy it on GOG.
It makes me so sad that I'm putting a one star rating for this game. I LOVE this game. I was obsessed with it since the early alpha. It's a perfect combination of cute graphics, story, and chill gameplay. I managed to hold out without buying it on steam, and waited for a GOG release that I wasn't even certain it was going to get. And I was so happy when it came here and bought it instants after it became available on GOG. That was a mistake. As it stands right now, buying the game here would be a mistake for anybody else. During its time here, players have had to beg for the patches to get here constantly, only to get older patches that were severely outdated. And now the game hasn't received ANY patches or the new DLC that has been released since this summer. The lack of communication from devs makes it look like the game has been completely abandoned here. This is especially horrible for a game like this since the patches also include new content for the game (including story content!), not just bug fixes. Gog users paid for the game but do not get the same amount of content or treatment. I literally feel scammed out of my money for daring to think my money guaranteed me the same content as steam users. I really hope my review ages poorly and the updates and dlc get released here soon after I post this review, but I really feel like I waited enough and need to at least write this review to warn other users. And if we're lucky (since from what I've seen I'm not the only one making a review complaining about this issue), the low ratings might come to the devs' attention? Who knows.

Do not buy this game on GOG/console.
First: I love this game. Adore it. I've got nearly 400 hundred hours in it. It's a wonderful game. However, Team17 - the other studio besides Pathea responsible for this game - has dropped the ball hard on My Time at Portia. GOG and console platforms have not received an update since last August, updates that include new content, bug fixes and tweaks. Right now, Steam is the only platform supported regularly, and that is done by Pathea alone. This seems to be the reason the DLC is only available on Steam, too. I cannot recommend this game enough - it's unique, fun, and will give you hours of entertainment. If you're a fan of games like Stardew Valley or Harvest Moon, you'd like Portia! Unfortunately, while they're happy to take your money at full price, you will not be receiving the same content on other platforms if you buy this game on here or on consoles. I wish I had known that beforehand; it leaves a rotten taste in my mouth.

Yes patch delay is unacceptable
As said in a previous post, game had 6 patches on Steam, 0 on GOG. With gamebreaking bugs. So no choice but to rate low now.

The game is up to date also on GoG ...
So ... we are the 2022/05/28 and the Steam & GOG verssion have a different build number [2.0.NoEevision for steam & 2.0.141541], but exactly the same content and the same laste update dated on 2021/08/05 = Since DRM are evil, go for the GOG verssion. The only missing things are the attire DLC who are note avalable on GOG... nothing crucial. For the game himself, it on of the best cudly toy you can find after a bad workday... it's an "A" game tough, so there is litlle lack of polish,
