Play the first video game adaptation of Games Workshop's tabletop game Mordheim. Set in the Warhammer World's decimated Empire city, Mordheim: City of the Damned is a turn-based tactical game where you lead warbands into bloody and lethal skirmishes. The game blends RPG elements, fast-paced tactical combat and intricate unit customization in a time wrought by chaos and rivalry where only the strongest survive.
After a twin tailed comet crashed on Mordheim, the City of the Damned turned into a terrifying battlefield where rival warbands fight fiercely for the control of key neighborhoods, looking for glory and fortune by acquiring the very valuable Wyrdstone fragments.
Choose from iconic Mordheim warbands and lead your troops in epic battles where fame and glory await. Your strategy will definitely be your best ally! Visit the four corners of the City of the Damned to complete multiple missions in the solo campaign.

Disappointment
- 2015 - awful graphics for that moment - Horribble animations - 1-2 soundtracks - really! - probably most annoying control of turn based game ever! - Far from good tabletop Mordheim.

As the title say... It is a demo. If you want a game, buy a scenario DLC...

Beware of this game
After playing this game for 300 hours on steam i decided to safe u some headaches and just show u my perspective in a short review, this games rng system is broken af u cant go over 95% success chance and that surely doesnt sound bad right? But a Sheer Cold or Fissure attack in Pokemon is more likely to hit. The developers basically abandoned this game on steam there's still bugs that never got fixed which can ruin some story missions and the PvP was completely dead when i bought this game i rlly try'd finding games but there was never more then 1 game open and some u cant join its based on Warband Rating which is dependent on the number of your army and gear. The AI is very bad too if u have a large unit like a Rat Ogre the enemy will also get one and his one will be stuck in some building because the movement system for AI is so terrible this makes the game even more ez. I try'd liking this game but i just took my time with finding out that it actually sucks.
