much strategy, gameplay successful
I've played a lot of roguelike deckbuilders, and I'd rank it just behind StS as the best. A lot of these games don't get the pacing right, and MT does it extremely well. Difficulty is hard but fair. If I have any nits at all: that the bosses could be more differentiated or have more unique mechanics; the music isn't that memorable. This will keep me busy for a few hundred hours.

Complex and addictive
Maybe this is not your first deck-building game if you are new to these games. The learning curve is steeper than e.g. Slay the Spire, but this game is as addictive or more. Lots of cards and lots of possibilities, you will be scratching your head about which card is better for the turn. Also, the music is absolutely gorgeous. Play this with your headphones on.... it is epic. The visual style and graphics are also notable. The different races have their own visual style and colors. Apart from the usual "normal run" mode, you have the daily run with online classification, challenges mode, the daily run and community challenges. But only with the first two modes you will spend hours and hours. On the bad side I would only cite (personal opinion) its complexity. I find it a bit overwhelming at times, but if you are up to a challenge, this is it.

Time Devouring Monster
Started playing at 1 and a couple of runs later is 8am....... I discovered time travel with this game.
