Very different from M&M 6,7 & 8!
Coming from the "Golden" era of M&M (ie 6,7 & 8) this was literally unplayable. Sorry to say that, but don't waste your time and money.

I like this game....
all I really have to say is I really hate 6,7 & 8, this ones quite fun and is enough of an old schlock game that it's fun to laugh at. game runs well with no issues, I'd recommend it quite a bit, had a lot of fun with it.

Doesnt feel like a M&M game...at all
I've been playing M & M games for years. This is so different from graphics to gameplay that I just can't get into it. So sad but I just dont enjoy this game at all, plus it's very buggy and there's alot of blackout screens ex: (underwater and night time) I just dont like the game enough to try and fix the issue or even research the problem. If your expecting this game to be engaging like for Blood and Honor and Mandate from Heaven, you will be seriously disappointed. This game should never have been part of the series.

For new players, but not the faithfull
If you have never played M & M 7 and 8 ... then you might enjoy this game. But ... It seems to me that when they made number 9 they tried to make it a bit more "sexy" and in the process they forgot the key elements that made the previous versions so loved. M&M 7 and 8 are two of the best games you will ever play. I bought this when it came out with the excitement of experience - again - the joy of versions 7 and 8 only to find that the game play was very different, and not an improvement. If you have not played the earlier versions, this one might be fun for you.
