Big dissapointment
This game was supposed to be the best ever in the series. Instead it's one of the worst. It limits the game play in a way previous versions never did, plus it's just downright boring.

Not worth the money
Comparing to M&M7 and M&M8. Those two were without bugs completely. This one is one big bug. Too bad 3DO bankrupted during production. Those two had old graphics, but excelent gameplay, which made you forget about it. This one has the same (or even worse!) graphics, but completely reworked UI & gameplay, which totally ruined it. M&M7 is my favourite RPG, this one... well, I regret paying for it.

how to get it run
it constantly freeses when you try to open meny ,inventory or use quick save . Since I had and played the game on CD-rom I can say the original game is free from such issues . How to fix the GoG version to work okay i don't know . To the original game i will give 4 well it was not as good as MM 6-8 but it was good enough to play into and there are NO other comparable party role-playing games, except of Wizardry 8 . Unfortunately GOG version does not work properly at all :(
