This DLC is a very linear game and short. It gives a strong vibe to the first game of the franchise as one more time you trapped in a metro. The game take place in a range of different periods of time. At the present you will have many cinemas with Miller, while in the past you will play as Khlebnikov, Kirill’s father.
The game will help you to understand what happened at Novosibirisk’s metro by means of new challenges. The linearity of the levels, and its short duration, will be compensated by a driven story and a rich atmosphere.
The mechanics of the DLC are very similar to the OC. You have a new weapon, the missing flamethrower from previous games, to help you to survive. From both DLCs available for Metro exodus, this one is my favorite.
