Love it but... bugs...
I was stuck on Hole station level and got caught in some 3d modelling issue. Had to go back 2 levels back and replay the game in safe mode..

Not bad, but...
The game is generally good, but it suffers from several serious flaws that negatively affect the overall impression, even though they're the result of a push for realism. For example, you constantly have to replace the gas mask filters, and their rate of consumption is almost impossible to predict. Even if you could anticipate it, it's often hard to find new ones. You’ll sometimes walk for miles without coming across a single spare mask, even though it’s a vital item—without it, you suffocate. Also, there's no HUD, even on the “normal” difficulty setting. Sure, that’s likely a design choice to enhance realism, but it doesn’t quite make sense—because in real life, we wouldn’t be limited to a narrow field of view on a 2D screen, would we? On top of that, the inability to easily monitor the amount of available filters, ammo, health, and other essentials just complicates the whole experience. Instead of feeling challenged, you're often just frustrated.

Linear but good postapocaliptic survival
At first, I was not sure if I'd like it watching some gameplay on the Internet, but I gave it a try and I was pleased by the atmosphere and the gameplay. It's a good game, maybe not a masterpiece, but worth to be played. The east of Europe environment adds originality to it.

Unplayable - no FOV adjustment.
Playing this game for 10 minutes made me motion sick. There is no option to increase the FOV, and I do not enjoy taking breaks from my game to vomit every now and then.

Great game, too many technical issues
I got the original way back when and decided to get the franchise pack and replay the redux versions. Cant set the resolution above 1080p and the game will randomly lock up my entire PC to the point it messes up the motherboard RGB somehow... Please fix the tech issues, its a great game otherwise!
