Honestly I found this game pretty frustrating. It is plagued with old school game design that doesn't really cut it now. The best way I can describe is like a puzzle game, but it doesn't give you any sense of direction. It heavily relies on you using the codec to call people, even if that's not the clear thing you're supposed to be doing. There are some bs enemy and camera placements. So far, my playthrough is incomplete because my game crashed in the second phase of the final boss, sending my save back to the comm tower because this game doesn't technically have real auto saves.
I'm coming to this as a new Kojima fan. My favorites are Death Stranding, Peace Walker, and both Vs. What makes this game kind of funny is that those games tend to suffer from over tutorialization while this one suffers from under tutorialization.
