METAL GEAR SOLID

Is a great game, only problem is that it crashes rarely when tabbing out.

A perfect entertainment experience

This got me into politics 27 years ago. If you are much younger than me, you should still give this one a shot. You'll appreciate the meme SFX if nothing else, but there are so many things that will remind you of other games. More life (hearts) after a boss fight. Blowing up walls with bombs to find stuff. Some of the best FMV and voice acting in any game in history. And, a healthy distrust of authority.

I've played up to the tank fight, I've had minor crashing and cutscene lag but nothing game breaking. Pretty good port, I'd reccomend.
