This game is pretty stable and has enough content to justify speading money on it even while in development. You can build houses and other buildings, hunt for food, craft items and weapons, collect items, and get married. Overall its a solid survival medieval game. At times the experience can be a little janky when moving about in the world, but largly the experience is fun and little issues like that can be overlooked. My biggest complaint is probably that the game could do with more varied dialog choices and voice overs, but that doesn't stop it from being a decent game.
Medieval Dynasty seems exactly like the type of game I would like: A survival RPG with base-building in a realistic medieval setting. In practice, it fails to do any of those aspects in a fun way. I found the game to be slow, the dialogue to be terrible, and the overall experience to be uninteresting and, frankly, boring.
I only played for a couple hours before requesting a refund. I've never requested a refund before so I think it's fair to say I'm pretty disappointed in this game game.
I will start with the bead news that the player should notice first.
DO NOT BUY IT HERE AS IT IS NOT GETTING UPDATED. Both the devs/publisher and GOG forgot about this game. Not even worth spending a penny here.
GOG - 1.5.2.2
STEAM - 2.0.2.4
Good news if you decided to buy the game what so ever.
The game has really great mechanics and obviously the grafics are the top notch.
It's a citybuilder with the possibility to play as your own character. What can be better huh? A simple but yet immersive questline with a lot of gags :D
1-star rating because I was lied to by the game's team. And I don't like to be false promised. I think it's fair, considering I bought this product.
