Medieval Dynasty is a survival RPG that manages to stand out in the oversaturated market that it occupies. By combining ideas from several other popular franchises, developer Render Cube has managed to create a genuinely unique product. Its story hardly stacks up against AAA RPGs like The Elder Scrolls but it's good enough given the game's many other strengths.

Like some sort of peasant Animal Crossing, Medieval Dynasty casts us in the role of mayor of Dysentery Village. You'll slowly grow from labor-intensive shacks to a semi-self-sufficient hamlet through the sweat of your brow, building a dynasty that will last generations. You'll just wish your peons would pitch in and carry their own water...and stop eating the buckets.

Needs a TON of work
This game has alot of promise, but it needs so much work i cannot recommend it in its current state, weapons and tools need to break a tad slower, Geforce Experience completely bugs the game out changing every graphic setting to its lowest in every category even changing the aspect ratio to a terrible one. I really hope this game gets better. If not I'm done with it.

It was a great game, not now.
Had alot of potential , could have been great, was going well, now its become more and more terrible, its now much harder to run, constantly trying to use epic games, and in it seems alot of the initial promises are thrown into the garbige.

Love the game but...
Quest requirements need to go away. I'm still in my first year and the game wants me to get married and have kids before I can hire any more workers. I'm not getting married at the age of 18! I have the seasons set for 20 days but the game doesn't support this very well. It's my first Autumn and I can build 110 buildings but I can only have 20 workers. I really don't see a point to their little quest anyway. It doesn't add anything to the game, it's only there to limit you. I nearly returned the game when I found out I had to survive until the next season before I could build more than 10 buildings. Then I have to kill so many critters before I unlock the ability to build even more? It's annoying and pointless. Other than that, I love this game. But now I have to get married so I'm going to quit playing.
