A great game
A great game, a very good story, I loved the game from start to finish and I felt it was a very good remake, I didn't play the classic version, but this remake is definitely worth it. I think the only complaint is that hellish racing mission on the hardest mode, that was very annoying.

Good Story. Poor Mechanics.
The story is great. The voice acting mostly draws you in with a very simplistic but fun set of characters. The gameplay however brings the whole thing down. The driving is clunky and AI Vehicles spawn out of nowhere often in high speed chases making you do the whole thing again. Enemies seem to be able to shoot you from miles away and you take 3 or so shots and you're dead. Most of the game is spent driving from one place to another. There's no reason for this game to be open world. It really doesn't utilise it. There are also many visual artifacts including severe ghosting due to the anti-aliasing technique. It could benefit from DLSS or something similar.

"A Game You Can't Refuse"
It's an absolutely splendid game to begin the scratch the itch of any Godfather enthusiast. I thoroughly look forward to the second, but what I can say about this one is that the characters are great, the world looks super, the OST is fitting, new, yet familiar, and the story is most interesting!
