Despite my misgivings, Madison still offers a respectable evening of frights and is worth a look for fans of psychological horror. It succeeds in building tension and puzzle variety, stumbling when it becomes obsessed with bamboozling players with head-tilting solutions and stopping their hearts with lame jump scares. But when the game hits right, you’ll be glad no one caught the look on your face.

Summary: MADiSON is an astounding success in the horror genre, especially for someone who doesn't play many horror games (me). The game was well put together and delivered on the spooks, however some puzzles are rough to figure out and could have been a little less obscure.

A short but remarkable opera prima
A loving homage to horror flicks like "Babadook" and "The Conjuring" as much as a spooky puzzle game, "Madison" is definitely one of the horror games of the year. Bar the occasional puzzling decision (pun intended) in terms of gameplay, this is a truly terrifying experience with so much flavour and chutzpa. Alexis di Stefano shows lots of promise with a game that is Visage as much as Layers of Fear. It would be great to have several endings and a more developed story (As it stands, it can be seen as a series of clichés all ensembled together) but as an opera prima it is truly outstanding. Kudos to Bloodious, can't wait to see their next offering! And also can't wait to see the 35 euros become 20 or 15 (the game is truly short).

Spoopy
Who ever that one star guy is must hate his life. I have this on PS5 and PSVR2 it's fun and spoopy. Only complaint is the main character's voice turns the spoopy down a few notches every time he talks LMAO. Sounds like present day male who's gonna waste all his money on a social disparity degree
