Machinarium is our first full-length adventure game in which players take on the role of a robot who has been exiled to the scrap heap. You must use logic, collect important items, and solve environmental puzzles to get the robot back into the city of Machinarium so he can rescue his robot girlfriend, save the head of the city, and defeat the bad guys from the Black Cap Brotherhood.

Machinarium is a prime example of why point ‘n’ click adventure games are not dead. It was created by people who clearly love the genre with aim to deliver a top-notch entertainment for all those gamers who really miss the magical world of adventure games. And boy did the developers deliver! Every element--even the smallest ones--are crafted with exceptional care and polish by people who clearly knew what they were doing and loved it. Machinarium (micro-review)

There is not much to say, you take part in an adventure by solving all kinds of puzzles along the way. The game is funny, the artwork beautiful, and the puzzles are pretty OK. A really interesting thing is that besides a few instructions in the beginning, there is no written language, so language shouldn't be a barrier. Rating: two nuts and an antenna, now go have some fun! Recommendation: cute puzzle/adventure, go for it! http://pixelloot.com

Machinarium

I have played through this game 3 times now and also bought it for my PS Vita. I always loved the Myst series and Monkey Island, so if you are into point and click adventures with a puzzle element I can highly recommend this title. The puzzles are at just the right level of difficulty and there is a help system if you really need it. The graphics are quirky and characters brilliantly realised. You will not be disappointed.

amazing in every single way

I've played this game a loooot of times and it's truly a mastepiece in eveything from art, to gameplay, to soundtrack to storytelling and a MUST-BUY for everyone. Even if you are not a pro at puzzlesolving there is both a hint system and an all out in game guide so there shouldnt be any trouble for anyone to finish this gem and you do want to finish it! I truly recommend you to buy this game (and you will want it drm free!) the soundtrack itself is worth the price tag
