A flashback
A fun flashback to the original game but i don´t realy like the new astetics. I miss the round and happy animations...

I can finally play LBA again. I did try to play the Classic one, but it does show its age. This remake plays very well and is really close to the original.

Crafted with love
I was too young to wrap my head around the original LBA, but this remake faithfully recreates the images from my mind with a brilliant new visual style and some much needed quality of life improvements. A couple of minor visual bugs and roughness around the edges won't stop you from throughly enjoying this iconic game in its new glory. Bring on LBA2!

good memories - charismatic game
the controll is a bit unprecise - feels like the original! some nice puzzles, some get on your nerves. the combat is not very challenging, as so I struggled a lot when I was a kid... But the athomsphere is awesome. the story is lovely. I enjoyed the game a lot!

I hoped so long, and it was... okay.
As long as i wanted a Remake, this is what i wanted for 25 years. Its a decent remake... And thats it. So much opportunity to make things "just right" but it was sloppy all around. I dont need to have a 100% Copy, but i saw so many opportunities for this to get very good that it makes me sad in the end. Especially at the end... Give us AT LEAST an ending, where we can roam around and talk to people. It just ended... And this breaks my heart honestly. With so many things that are not polished, i just hope it gets patched for later players and also that they get enough attention for a next remake of LBA2 where they can put more Q&A in everything.
