  • Realistic and accurate ball flight physics
  • Off-line Tournaments where you can design your own tournaments and compete against friends or computer opponents
  • 6 modes of play: stroke, best ball, match play, skins, scramble, and alternate shot
  • 6 golfers, including Arnold Palmer, with their own post-shot reactions and unique voice responses

Disappointed

The game could be so good, but it is full of bugs. Frequent crashed and features that don't work spoil what used to be an awesome game.

Still Great After 27 years

Although doesn't aways get through a round here and there, Links LS 1998 remains one of the best golf games for its' day. As the precursor to Links 2001, this is next best from an era gone by.

Legendary Golf

I played this game when it was realeased. It still stands up well against any modern golf game. The physics are very good, excellent customization, and lots of fun. Bought this game for the nostalgia...but it's been so much fun I can't stop playing. Had to tweak settings a bit to keep game from crashing during a round (multi-cameras seems to be the cause). Graphics are dated but tolerable. Would be nice if GOG offered the expansion courses as DLC. Game is well worth the $5.
