Great Game
The First Real Game I used to play was Dungeon Master on my Atari ST... what is quite a few time ago but this game gives me a nostagic feeling. The game is quite a new and better version of dungeon master with better graphics, sound, ui but with the original feeling. I would love to have a "Dungeon Master Levelset" for Grimrock.

Legend of Grimrock
As a fan of the old school games like Eye of the Beholder, this was a worthy successor. Wish they had done more sequels but guess there is a limited market for games like this. Still quite enjoyable if you like this genre and worth the $3 or so I paid for hours of entertainment.

Repetitive and nostalgic
The game is nice at the very beginning, but the gameplay, well...doesn't change. The first fight will be the same as the last. You just turn around with ennemies doing hit and run, and that's all. Those are the same 4 movements during fight through the all game. There is also almost no variation in the enviroment (just 2 or 3 types of walls) addind to the repetiviness. The game is also hard for other reason like poison, fall, trap and riddle. Then you save at every corner, so you don't loose your progression. For me who didn't play old dungeons crawlers it was not fun at all. The game didn't succced (or did not wanted) in adapting the style to a modern audience, only talking to the nostalgic type, and that's okay.
