Konung III is a RPG, based on the Scandinavian and Slavic mythology, the third game in the Konung series (Konung: Legends of the North and Konung 2: Blood of Titans).

The new game brings the player back to the legendary Woodland – the unique and spacious fantasy land that combines parts of known history with classical myths of the Slavs, the Scandinavian and the Byzantine, as well as the legends of the Chronicles, including immortal heroes, magical artifacts and ancient sorcery world.

The Era of Titans, the almighty rulers of the Earth, has ended. Once glorious heroes and great Princes are gone for good. The hour of new heroes has come, when the throne of the Grand Principality became empty. Various valiant warriors and adventurers started their fight for the title, and only the legendary Champion Sword artifact can resolve their face-off. Get the artifact, become the Konung and write a new history of the Woodland!

unofficial patch in forum

Sorry, no review yet, but info. I have adopted the Russian patch to the GOG English version. https://www.gog.com/forum/konung/konung_3_fullhd_patch_gog_english_version That was fun. LOL This should solve the zoomed issue. The video here is the game intro, just like on the page for Konung 1 +2. Sure, this is probably a not well known game, still I had fun with the first two.

Zoomed game

See the screenshots, that's that: Konun3 is awfully zoomed in, you don't see farther than 15meters, so you can't really see where you go.

The Video Says It All..

The fact that in the 'only' video they have of the game, shows some really lazy, marketing video that doesn't showcase *anything* about the game.. You'd have to be mad to hit the buy button. At least show the gameplay and game.. Is the game really that terrible that they don't include any footage in the video? It looks bland, zoomed in, generic RPG wanna-be. Here's some free advice: Go buy Baldurs Gate 2 Enhanced Edition
