Playable work of Art
This is a playable Anime, short and simple. In the genre of hack and slash and a replica of Devil May Cry 3. It has a story of its own and crazy elements that make it unique. Wierd and fascinating, just like japanese culture. Buy it.

Ok game, but great for SUDA51 fans
It's a fun hack and slash, but a bit mindless, it certainly is a suda51 game with all its oddities too.

A great highlight in the Suda 51 catalog
9:04 AM (22 minutes ago) to me Killer is Dead had me hooked from start to finish, fun, simple combat with a layer of complexity, fun quirky characters and a stylish finish on the graphics that still look great in 2025—however, the game isn't as good on PC as it could be. Crashes everywhere where there shouldn’t be, having to go into ini files to change framerate and resolution beyond 1080p and 30 fps which breaks the game in certain sections, so you have to revert the settings in order to play!.Definitely a janky Grasshopper port as they usually tend to produce on PC. It was worth the thrilling action experience that this game produces definitely a must buy!

As good and wacky as I remember it. Did have to install a crashfix but it was simple enough to find.

Not for me
The story is too weird to care about, and there is nothing in the gameplay that makes me want to play this over any of the other hack and slash games I own. I also had to edit the KidEngine.ini file to stop it crashing at the cut scene in cahpter 2
