From the team that brought you Torchlight and Torchlight II comes Hob: a vibrant, suspenseful action-adventure game set on a stunning and brutal world in disarray. As players delve into the mysteries around them, they discover a planet in peril. Can it be mended, or will the world fall further into chaos?

ADVENTURE in an open world, explore ruins, befriend sprites, and battle the rogue creatures that threaten their extinction.
Played it on steam and I have to say, this was one of the best budget games I have played in a long time. No words spoke, only figure out the story through actions in the world. Combat is simple, but never gets dull. Exploration is key and puzzle solving is key. I can't reccomend this game enough!
This game was a random sale buy and i can only say, that i am blown away. One of the best games i have played. Really has some journey vibes. More of a experience than a game
This game combines my least favorite elements:
-No apparent goals
-No map
-Endless backtracking
-Lots of jumping
-Artificially limited navigation options
Some of these may be a matter of personal preference. But #'s 2,3, and 5 indicate lazy game-making. I don't really care to follow along with a walkthrough as I figure out where to wander to next. This game could have been so much better.
On the positive side, it looks cool, and load times are great.
In Hob you are driven away by a speech and text free adventure in a beautifully crafted world. The world itself is fun to explore, filled with a lot of secrets and dungeons, that let you upgrade Hob abilities and gear. Combat is also part of the game but is kind of easy even at the medium dificulty which is the default option. To proceed in Hob you need to solve puzzles, in general it's easy to find a way to overcome the challenges you'll face but sometimes it's hard to figure out what to do or where to go even with markers on the map, since Hob is a speech and text free game. The game takes around 8, maybe less, to 10 hours to complete, but if you want all the collectibles you can add easilly add more time. On the more technical side, I've got some glitches but nothing major that restarting the game couldn't fix and in a little more than 8 hours of play time the game crashed only once.
I recommend Hob because it's a quality title that can be played and ejoyed by everybody.
Out of sheer curiosity I decided to watch Day[9] play this game. Before I realized, nearly an hour had passed and left me wanting to play this game, badly. Instant buy.
This is an absolutely awe-inspiring game. Not many games have left saying "wow!" out loud so many times in an hour. A must play for Zelda fans.
