Different, but good!
Goes in a different direction than the other Heroes games in the series, but I love it for the increased focus on hero capabilities, immersive soundtrack, and isometric view!!

Very nice game, but not so good as 3rd
This game added some interesting game mechanics to the HOMAM3. Most of them spoiled the game. Also the graphic of the game gets very old compare to the very nice and still lovely graphic of the 3rd one. If you played the game back then, you need to byu copy to your game collection. But if you are new to HOMAM world you should definetly start with 3rd one.

Back to basics, or not
It is not a classic Heroes game, but from my perspective, the experiment to break free from the classic Heroes shackle was succesfull. It is a very good game, not deserving the hate it gets. I am a fan, a huge one.
