魔法门之英雄无敌3：完整版

Great turn-based wargame. I'd never heard of it before but it's got a pretty easy learning curve with tons of options despite the basic simplicity. Good way to waste hours doing "one more turn". I went into it without reading any documentation and still managed to progress fairly well and catch onto the more complex aspects with a little time. Give it a try.

Still holds up to this day, especially if you get the HD mod and some content mods like HotA. Several hours of nostalgia fun, but you already knew that. Get the game here on GoG instead of the "remaster" on Steam.

It is a classic strategy game and I think it pretty much holds up still, given that I like it, even though I only just got it now for the first time to try it and do not have any nostalgia for it. Even though this is a Windows version and GOG even warned me that it is not meant for Linux you can get it to work on Linux. I'm using Mint 22.1 with the Heroic Games Launcher (the Flatpak). It runs using Proton 9.0 (Beta) after replacing xdd.dll as described on the Heroic Games Launcher Github Wiki.

Nostalgic, played this game when I was a kid. Great to play with friends on one monitor and multiple mouses and keyboards if you can.

Its a timeless clasic that I always return to hope that they will do a remake in the future here is looking at you Heores of might and magic : olden era.
